YMail Box is a desktop email application developed by Sadollah Karami (contact: sadollahkarami1@gmail.com).
When you connect an email account, YMail Box downloads your messages and stores them in a local database on your own computer. We do not operate servers that receive, copy or store your email, contacts or attachments. Your email data is not sent to us or to any third party.
If you sign in with Google, YMail Box requests these permissions:
This data is used only to provide these email features to you inside the app, on your device. Sign-in tokens are stored locally on your computer. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by removing the account in the app.
YMail Box's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it.
The app sorts incoming mail into categories by looking at subject and text keywords. This happens entirely on your device.
Data stays on your computer until you remove the account or uninstall the app. Removing an account deletes its locally stored messages; it does not delete anything from your email provider.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
